The "Crazy Ivans"

The Crazy Ivans are a Russian mafia cell operating in Los Angeles. The mob cell has been identified as the head of a distribution ring for a street drug called "Rocket". The mob cell's supplier is still unknown. What is known, is that the Crazy Ivans have been encroaching on what is traditionally Triad territory. This has ignited a gangland war costing dozens of lives.

Adding to the problem is the fact that Rocket addicts become extremely violent. The animosity between the Crazy Ivans and the local Triads is escalating and may very well become all-out war if the drug distribution is not stopped. Known members of the Crazy Ivans include:
